Project Overview

Relocation Strategies was retained to relocate the operations of Paramount Dental Studio, one of the fastest growing independent digital dental laboratories in the nation. Paramount relocated into its new Huntington Beach facility to accommodate its explosive growth.

Initially retained solely for its move management-related services, Relocation Strategies identified that the client’s general contractor was not sufficiently qualified for commercial construction. We went expanded our scope, finding an alternative GC who was capable of successfully taking over the effort.

The move itself involved a fair amount of sensitive equipment, including a stair carry of a newly-leased 3D printer of more than 1,000 pounds. Relocation Strategies also saved Paramount significant expenditures by sourcing high quality used furniture being decommissioned by another client.
