Project Overview

Relocation Strategies was retained to plan and implement FBFK Law’s relocation and decommission after they had merged with another law firm.  Their leased space came with existing furniture and was four times larger than their current space.  The project included 1) having their large custom granite table cut down to fit in one of the smaller conference rooms, 2) assisting the office manager with decommissioning excess furniture in the new location prior to the move and 3) procuring training room furniture after the relocation.  Relocation Strategies ensured the relocation was successful and met the established time frame, while minimizing FBFK’s involvement so that the firm could focus on its clients.
