Project Overview

Relocation Strategies was retained to manage the restack of Lee & Associates’ Orange office during Lee’s remodeling that included repainting the space and installing new furniture and new flooring.

Relocation Strategies developed a plan to reduce downtime and disruption during an effort with long product lead times. Temporary computer stations were set up for the non-cloud based employees to allow them to work from home.  Existing cabling was reused instead of purchasing new.  Relocation Strategies was flexible and adaptive to manage changes and the inevitable challenges of keeping a client productive during the remodel of an existing location.
