Project Overview

Relocation Strategies was retained to develop a move plan for a 4-phase partial relocation of ITP’s personnel and equipment amongst three locations in Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, including rigging 30 pieces of machinery, 8 cantilever racks and 8 employees. We ran a bid process for rigging services and recommended a mover for the employee move.   Once the move schedule was developed, we coordinated the existing vendors into the schedule to ensure the relocation would be completed on time. The move had challenges with the ITP facilities being operational during the move. Relocation Strategies was able to manage the project within the tight timeframe and a minimal loss to productivity.
