Project Overview

Relocation Strategies was retained to plan and implement Cohn & Swartzon’s relocation. The project included bidding for new executive office and conference room furniture. Construction timing was delayed due to a redesign after plans were permitted, lengthened product lead times and unforeseen building conditions. Relocation Strategies was able to manage furniture deliveries and its vendors to adjust to the constant changes to the schedule in a manner that produced a successful relocation in the ultimate timetable.
