Project Overview

Relocation Strategies was retained to relocate the winemaking operations of Cali Wine & Vine, a Temecula-based winemaker. Having grown into multiple buildings, Cali Wine & Vine had secured a large building in which to consolidate its operations and allow for future expansion.

The project included an immediate move of a warehouse in order to avoid holdover rent. The move of the wine-making operations involved managing several postponements with both trucking and rigging companies as the effort needed to be sequenced tightly with building approvals, which hit various delays.

Despite the extended timeframe for construction, Relocation Strategies saved the client multiples of our fee through our vendor selection process as well as sourcing upgraded office furniture from another client.
