Project Overview

Relocation Strategies was retained to execute the move of the offices of RSI Insurance Brokers, Inc. Its new Newport Beach office was being completely renovated, and the move included the coordination of furniture purchases for the entire office (including custom orders), deliveries and installation.

As a result of Relocation Strategies’ efforts, RSI was able to meet its preset move date, which provided Relocation Strategies with sufficient time to manage an orderly decommission process. A wide range of options were created, and in the end, RSI avoided all disposal costs.

Relocation Strategies was responsible for managing the complete process of entirely new office furniture, as well as for move training, the sourcing and management of movers, voice and data cable installation and security systems. Furnishings acquired included new office furniture, workstations and common areas, including reception, conference and break rooms, and outdoor and collaborative areas.
