Project Overview
The relocation to P&G’s new Geneva Business Center involved the relocation and transfers of approximately 2,200 employees from 15 different countries to Geneva, Switzerland. The principle sending countries involved with this move included Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and England. The project was executed in four phases and lasted over a 16-month period. Relocation Strategies was selected to provide overall governance for physical relocation logistics, along with being responsible for managing all on-ground move activities. Additional responsibilities included streamlining the IT plan for PC platform migration, schedule management, budget management, customs negations/clearance, Move Captain Support, and direct supervision of mover’s staff.
